PROCESSING + SHIPPING
We strive to work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are are no longer able to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing.
Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.
Shipping Times:
Domestic 4-7 Days
International 5-10 Days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
EXCHANGES
BBK will happily accept returning items for store credit only. At this time we do not issue refunds on any orders. All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
All sale items/items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- BLK BY KNATURE is not responsible for any lost or returned packages.
- BLK BY KNATURE does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- We ask that you please double check the shipping address you provide us at checkout.
- BLK BY KNATURE is NOT responsible for any packages that are sent to the incorrect address. We will not process a refund for items that were not received due to them being sent to the incorrect address.
- If you notice you made an error, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can update shipping information. Please note if email is received after order has been processed or shipped, we will be unable to further assist.
